Open space shows one basic characteristic: it evolves. Time, light, seasons and weather conditions, growth and decay, use and maintenance result in support or destruction, integration or consumption. Any material especially vegetative ones are witness of the time line.
In natural surroundings subtle mutation can result in surprising effects. What seems natural on the first sight shows unexpected alienation to a closer view.
It is challenging to imagine new spaces on an existing situation, to work on their interaction with its users and how it can develop.
When I start with an open attitude towards a place, trusting in the dynamic of the space a  I get lots of ideas. The resulting projects are as various as the scenarios.
